Key Responsibilities
- Increase distribution & sales of products
- Work independently to establish direct and amicable working relationship with clients
- Assist Manager to negotiate with international accounts
- Assess key competitors’ activities regularly
- Coordinate logistics/payment between finance team and clients.
- Train the trade’s staff to our brands
- Monitor market changes and trends
- Monitor sales statistics, volume and listings
- Attend Shows and exhibition, meet/ obtain old and new customers, meanwhile introducing company products to various customers;
- Receive inquiries from customers, do costing with Production Dept., and send accurate quotations to customers in time.
- Communicate with customers for sample making requirement, ensure timely completion and sending of qualified samples.
- Receive orders from customers, relay accurate information to production by placing Production Orders. Work closely with Production Dept. and QC to ensure products are produced and delivered timely with the right quality and correct quantity.
- Monitor Customs clearance and shipment activities to ensure smooth dispatching of containers.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- University graduate.
- 2-4 years Sales experience focusing on Hotel/Western Restaurant channel, or Hotel/Western Restaurant working experience.
- Fluency in English
- Good sense of communication & relationship building
- Result and action oriented
- Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team orientated
- Bachelor degree, major in international trade.
- Min. 3 years experience in international trade.
- Careful and reliable, details-oriented.

Define business growth plans and go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with service area leads and with the input of country / sub-regional BD managers.
Identify prospective new customers and work with service area leads to establish positive business relationships with them. Hand off relationships to service areas when appropriate.
Identify prospective new markets and define business cases to exploit them. Act as a champion within the organization and work to ensure a successful launch.
Collaborate with counterparts in other segments and regions to identify and exploit synergies. Establish regular channels of communication.
Help service area leads maintain positive customer relationships and secure sales. Provide support to service area leads and staff in writing successful proposals that meet client needs and result in profitable and successful projects.
Manage key accounts as assigned.
Acquire, analyze, and disseminate market intelligence.
Coordinate and/or direct the activities of the country / sub-regional BD managers to ensure the execution of agreed go-to-market plans.
Promote and catalyze the tight collaboration and communication between different Business Area BDM's and Service Area Leads.
Ensure conformance with company BD policies and practices and communicate best practices to customer-facing staff concerning communication with customers, meetings, quoting process, conferences, trade shows, etc.
Coordinate with the marketing team and the service area leads to develop, update, and customize regional collaterals (presentation, brochures, leaflets, targeted marketing activities, etc.)
Represent company at tradeshows, technical conferences and workshops, and business development meetings, as needed.
Requires frequent travel to regional offices to support local staff and business development and to other regions and headquarters as needed (30% - 40% travel).
Assist with other duties as assigned.

·  Posses a current driver's license and is capable of domestic and international travel to seminars, conferences, business meetings and training activities.
 
Qualifications
BS or BA degree in business, management, engineering, or a technical field required; and advanced degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a business development, sales or project management role preferably in a multi-disciplinary technical environment or in the field of renewable energy.
